Elderflower fizz

Whilst on a local dog walk today, dropping a birthday card off to a friend, I was on the look out for elderflowers in bloom. I’ve never made elderflower fizz before but fancy a go! Luckily I came across some lovely flowers. I now have a big pot ‘brewing’ ready for bottling tomorrow. Really hope it works. Such a summery smell.
