Jamming!

Looking forward to making some jam with our small crop of strawberries. We also have a few red currants and white currants ripe so I’ll add them to the jam too. This should help with the setting of the jam as currants are high in pectin, unlike strawberries.

Will have to make some scones or a Victoria sponge to go with the jam.
