Scrumptious lunch

I had a pack of smoked mackerel in the fridge and some lovely olive bread in the freezer so thought I would make a quick creamy mackerel pate to go with the bread for lunch.

Mix the mackerel with a couple of spoons of cream cheese, natural yogurt or creme fraiche. Season with pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. For a bit of a heat add a teaspoon of horseradish sauce. Chill if there's time then enjoy.
