Truly scrumptious

The red fruit jam turned out really well! Sometimes it doesn't set well but with the addition of a few red and white currants plus lemon juice it has been a big success.

I couldn't wait to make some scones or a victoria sponge, so tried it on some of the fresh sourdough bread.
